1. The "Color and Finish" Disclaimer

Furniture often looks different on a phone screen than in a living room. To prevent customers from demanding free returns for "wrong color," add this to Section 5 (Products):

"We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our furniture as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Slight variations in finish, wood grain, or white-shades are characteristic of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects."

Assembly and Safety Responsibility

Since you sell items that can tip over (tall shoe cabinets/mirrors), you must protect yourself from liability. Add this to Section 14 (Indemnification/Limitation of Liability):

"SZ Goodlife is not responsible for damages or injuries resulting from improper assembly or failure to use provided wall-mounting hardware. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that furniture is safely secured to the wall according to the instructions provided."

3. Shipping Risk (Transfer of Title)

Because you ship heavy items from USA/EU/AU warehouses, you need to be clear about when your responsibility ends.

"All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL)."
