Ruturn and Refound Policy
Go to Shopify Admin > Settings > Policies. You can paste this text into the "Refund Policy" section. Shopify will then automatically create a link for it in your checkout and you can add it to your footer menu.
At SZ Goodlife, we want you to love your new creative furniture. We understand that sometimes a piece might not be the perfect fit for your home. Because we ship from local warehouses in the USA Australia and Europe, we make the return process as simple as possible.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it,including user manu ,metal parts and all the parts with the protective film and bag inside are intact and can be sold again .
- Unassembled and in its original packaging without damage.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Our Guarantee)
We take great pride in our 3A/6A Drop-Tested packaging. However, if your item arrives damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong product:
- Please inspect your order upon reception.
- Contact us immediately at sales18@goodlifehouseware.com.cn with photos of the damage and the packaging as details as possible.
- We will send a replacement part or a brand-new unit at no cost to you.
3. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at sales18@goodlifehouseware.com.cn with your order number.
- Local Returns: If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to send your package to our nearest USA,Australia or European warehouse.
- Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Manufacturing Defects/Damage: SZ Goodlife covers 100% of the return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the item (e.g., you changed your mind about the color or size), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges to our local warehouse.
- Partial Refund Section: If the buyer damages the item or loses parts, they only get 50% back. This is very important for furniture.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
- Credit card :3-5 business days.
- Paypal :1-2 business days .
Fees to Note
- Change of mind : if you return an item because you no longer want it , the customer covers the return shipping cost .

Condition : If the item is returned damaged by the customer or with missing parts, a restocking fee of up to 50% may apply .
Damaged During Assembly Policy
At GLSCASA , We want your assembly process to be as smooth as the design itself, please follow the assembly guide and Youtube Video step by step , we understand that accident can happen during assembly new furniture .
Manufacturing defects :
If a part is pre-drilled incorrectly or arrive broken, we will replace it 100% free of charge , please refer to damage section .
Assembly accidents :
If a part is accidentally damage during your assembly process, like side board damage , panel damage ) please contact us at sales18@goodlifehouseware.com.cn with details picture .
- Replacement parts: in many case, we can ship you the specific replacement panel or hardware at discount cost price plush shipping, you do not need to buy a whole new cabinet , we can ship from local warehouse or from factory direct to you home .
- Expert Guidance , our designer already have upload the assemble video on Youtube @Goodlifedesign , the QR code on the assembly user manu .
Important Note : we can not accept full returns of offer full refunds for the items that have been partially or full assembled and then damaged by user, we recommend reviewing the assembly video on our product page before begin.
