1. Shipping Locations & Speed

We dispatch orders from the warehouse closest to you to minimize transit time.

2. Processing Time

• In-Stock Items: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Local Warehouse Time) are typically processed the same day.
• Holidays: We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs & Tax

• Transparent Pricing: The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the weight of the furniture and your location.
• No Import Duties: Because we ship from local warehouses, customers in the USA, EU, and Australia will not be charged import duties or customs fees.

4. Real-Time Tracking

Once your furniture leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number (FedEx, UPS, DHL, or Australia Post). You can track your package directly on our website or the carrier's portal.

5. Large Furniture Delivery (Important)

Most of our products, such as our shoe cabinets and mirror cabinets, are heavy items.

• Delivery Method: We use standard ground shipping. Carriers will deliver to your front door or building entrance.
• Inspect Upon Arrival: Please inspect the master packaging before signing. If the box looks severely damaged, please take a photo and contact us at sales18@goodlifehouseware.com.cn immediately.

6. Address Changes & Redirects

Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot redirect a package once it has left our warehouse. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

3.Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

No. Because we ship from within your own country/region (USA to USA, Germany to EU, Melbourne to AU), there are no import duties or hidden customs fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

4.How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of the furniture and your specific zip/postal code. We work with major carriers to provide the most competitive local rates, the price including the shipping .

5. Which carriers do you use?

We use reliable local couriers experienced in handling furniture:

• USA: FedEx,
• EU: DHL, DPD, or GLS.
• AU: Australia Post, Toll, or Aramex.

6. Can I track my order?

Yes! As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will email you a tracking number and a link to follow the progress of your delivery in real-time.

7. What if my package arrives damaged?

Don't worry. We use 3A/6A Drop-Tested packaging to protect our products. However, if the box arrives severely damaged, please:

1. Take a photo of the box before opening.
2. Take a photo of any damaged parts inside.
3. Contact support sales18@goodlifehouseware.com.cn wthin 48 hours, and we will send a replacement immediately.

8.Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Because our furniture items (like shoe cabinets and mirrors) are large and heavy, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical residential or business address.
